Arts and Wellness

The Arts Council was among 150 exhibitors Tuesday at the N.H. Department of Transportation’s Wellness Fair, an event attended by over 600 state workers. Fair-goers had a chance to try out watercolor painting, fly-tying, and rug hooking. It was a terrific way to show how pursuing creative activities can add to one’s overall health and well-being.
